Ashley Jensen – Realtor

A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.

I have enjoyed being a Realtor since 1987. It is my Passion. I moved to the Valley in 2005 and then opened my own office in Eagle Point in 2017

One of the strongest strengths I developed in closing 1000+ homes is the ability to protect my clients on inspection & repair related expenses whether it be on the buyer or seller side, saving my clients money on costly inspection repairs. I have a large list of trusted contractors and vendors I work with.  I have completed construction projects large and small and always find the best and most affordable way to help my clients. You can count on me both during the transaction and after the transaction has closed.

My clients, both sellers and buyers are overwhelming delighted that they hired me and are pleased with their real estate sale or purchase experience. I pride myself on being honest, fair, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I always say I keep my clients for life.

Negotiating on your behalf and protecting your interest is my highest priority. I am relentless & persistent when it comes to getting you what you want & need.

As my client you will always know the pros and cons of all of your options so you can make the best possible decision for your unique situation. The full understanding of the process will enable you to successfully achieve your personal goals.

My success rate in closing transactions is very high due to my strategic & proactive problem-solving techniques and experience. I am always looking two steps ahead or more, to help you.

I present realistic, practical, and candid counsel along with marketing knowledge that is based solely on my desire to help you. I will always put your needs first, no matter what.

Eagle Point and the surrounding communities are a great place to raise a family, retire and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. I would love the opportunity to be part of your journey.

Thank you! Ashley Jensen

For a long period, I worked with the public administrator selling properties in probate.

I had a long list of attorneys who would use me in tough divorce cases where the broker had to be court-appointed because the parties could not agree or co-operate with each other.
